Clever Realtors, LLC is a real estate brokerage licensed in Texas. We operate as a virtual brokerage, and our mailing address is 4131 N Central Expy, Suite 900, Dallas, TX 75204.
Using this website or submitting a form doesn’t create a brokerage or agency relationship. We represent a buyer, seller, landlord, or tenant only under a separate written agreement, or as otherwise permitted by Texas law. Commissions and compensation are negotiable and are set only in those agreements.

3. Information on this website
Our guides, articles, videos, and calculators provide general information about real estate in Texas. They aren’t legal, tax, financial, or lending advice, and they don’t replace advice about your specific situation. Laws, contract forms, and market conditions change, so please confirm important details with the appropriate professional.
Information about properties, communities, schools, taxes, and markets may come from third parties and may be incomplete or out of date. We don’t guarantee its accuracy, and you should verify anything that matters to your decision.
4. Marketing communications
When you submit a form on this website, whether you’re a buyer, seller, tenant, landlord, or real estate agent, you agree that Clever Realtors may add your contact information to its marketing list and contact you with information about real estate services, market updates, and related offers by email and phone call. Marketing calls are made by a person, not with prerecorded messages or automated dialing.
Some forms, such as our open house sign-in sheet, ask separately whether you’d like marketing emails. On those forms, we add you to our email list only if you check that box, and that choice covers email only, not calls or texts.
We text only in one-to-one conversations about your own inquiry or transaction; we don’t send marketing text campaigns. Message and data rates may apply.
